2. Confirm date, time and place with your team 
3. Send an email to the club rep to reserve a field/date/time for your make-up game 
4. Club Rep will confirm that the field is reserved for you
5. Contact opposing team and confirm date, time and place
6. Send written confirmation to club rep for NCSA scheduling
